National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications Act (No. 5 of 2008)

To provide for the establishment of the National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications of South Africa; to provide for the appointment of the Board of the National Regulator; to provide for the administration and maintenance of compulsory specifications in the interests of public safety and health or forenvironmental protection; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
